ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Flu and COVID vaccines available to all individuals ages 3 years and older
Flu and COVID vaccines can be administered at same appointment (please just book one appointment per person)

• Flu vaccine ages 3 years+
COVID Vaccine
Prime Care FHT Vaccine Clinic Eligibility to receive the Fall 2025 COVID vaccine:
• mRNA COVID-19 2025/26 vaccine ages 3 years+
IMPORTANT: A Fall 2025 COVID-19 dose is recommended for all individuals (6 months and up) who HAVE or HAVE NOT been previously vaccinated; if it has been 6 months from the previous COVID-19 vaccine dose or known COVID-19 infection (whichever is later).
