**ELIGIBILITY**
Flu vaccine ages 5+
COVID Bivalent Booster ages 12+ (Pfizer or Moderna)
Flu shot and COVID booster can be administered at same appointment (please just book one appointment per person)
Important bivalent booster eligibility: You must have completed your primary series (usually two doses) of COVID-19 vaccine to get a booster dose (bivalent). It is recommended to get the bivalent COVID-19 booster dose six months (or 168 days) after completing your last dose of COVID-19 vaccine or having a COVID-19 infection, however, the minimum interval is three months (or 84 days).
